Jeremiah Shenefield

Jeremiah "Sheney" Shenefield is an Army veteran, having initially served as an Infantry Officer in Ramadi before transitioning to Military Intelligence, with deployments to Helmand Province and Djibouti. Following his active duty service, which concluded in 2014, Sheney continues his commitment to the military as a Detachment Commander in the Army Reserves. Presently, he is employed as an analyst on a federal government contract.

In addition to his professional role, Sheney plays a pivotal role at Mountain Valor, prioritizing the needs of veterans with PTSD and those aiding their transition. His responsibilities include providing effective and efficient oversight of all operational phases.

Sheney’s dedication to service extends into his personal life where he, along with his wife Julie, and their rescue dogs, Buddy and Mr. Pickles, reside in Arlington, Virginia. His involvement with Mountain Valor reflects his ongoing commitment to supporting his fellow servicemen, particularly through initiatives that enhance their well-being and transition to civilian life.
